Commissioned Portraits

If you would like to commission a portrait (head and shoulders), please contact me for a quote and with any questions about the process.  Cost is based on size, medium, and detail.  Estimates are listed below (prices do not include framing or tax):

8 x 10" watercolor - $500

12 x 16" watercolor - $700

18 x 22” watercolor (portrait of two people) - $1,200

Process:  Commissioning a portrait begins with a phone discussion or meeting in person to discuss size, style, colors, and price.  Next, we would set up a photo session.  We would both sign a commission agreement, and a deposit of 50% of the portrait price would be due.  I would be happy to share a few images of the portrait's progress along the way for feedback.  Portraits generally take between 3 and 6 months to complete. 

Return policy:  My goal is for you to be completely happy with your portrait!  If you are not satisfied within 2 weeks of receiving your painting, please contact me to discuss changes or a refund of your deposit.   

Landscapes

Paintings are unframed unless otherwise indicated.  I accept Venmo payments and personal checks.
